Crazy Ways to increase the calories you burn through out the day

A few crazy ways to burn a few extra calories 

Eating spicy foods

Drinking very cold water or eating ice (eating ice can be bad for your teeth)

Eating negative foods (foods that takes more calories to digest then they have in them) such as cucumber, celery or lettuce

Taking cold showers

Adding cinnamon to your food (has to be pure ceylon cinnamon)

1 to 2 tsp of  apple cider vinegar to glass of water at least once a day if not before every day

Eating whole wheat pasta or brown rice a little under cooked
